Support Homme Home Foundation’s projects, programs and activities
There are many ways to support the Homme Home Foundation and the Homme Homes organization. You can make a direct donation online here and specify what activity or program you wish to support or send a check or money order to Homme Home Foundation 604 S. Webb St., Wittenberg, WI 54499. Donations made to the Homme Home Foundation may be donated for designation by the Homme Home Foundation Board or can be designated for a specific use or purpose. You can also specify which of the following gifting programs you would like to support.
The Resident Benevolence Fund assists in overcoming financial shortfalls from residents, payor programs and individual needs.
Donations to the Resident Enhancement Fund directly benefit residents living in all Homme Facilities as donations are used to enhance the quality of life. Programs currently being supported include:

* Pet Therapy
* Activity Programs
* Birthday Programs
* Music & Memory Program
* Stone Crest General Funds
Employees interested in furthering their education in a health care field may apply to the Employee Enrichment Program for tuition assistance made possible through support from donors interested in higher education. Donations may also be made to this fund for staff recognition and appreciation purposes.
Whether it be for building new facilities or upgrading existing structures Homme Home Foundation is dedicated to assuring quality services are provided in facilities residents are proud to call home. Your donation in support of capital programs insures that the Homme tradition of providing quality senior housing in a home like environment will continue into the future and will create benefits for our donors.
Golf Outing
Our annual Golf Outing is held in the summer months. The Golf Outing fundraiser is a 4 person scramble playing 18 holes of golf with cart. We always offer advantage holes to help every team have a good time and get a better score! To participate in our annual golf outing fundraiser you can be a golfer, corporate sponsor, come for the delicious meals, or volunteer. We offer various levels of sponsorships to accommodate every size business. The higher level of corporate sponsor the more recognition you will receive at the event and after the event. The Foundation wants this fundraiser to be a fun day for all our participants while still raising contributions for our Resident Support Programs.Wish List:
